The 24th Central China Agricultural Expo kicked off on Friday in the southern city of Changsha. Nearly 5000 domestic exhibitors are promoting a range of agricultural products and cutting-edge technologies during the five-day event, to showcase some of China's most impressive sci-tech advancements in agriculture. And for the first time, the expo has added an international hall, where local specialty products such as durian, chili and handicrafts are being presented by the guest countries of Laos, Mali and Malawi.

We want to learn from what China does in terms of the techniques they use in the agriculture, including how they do their farming, and also for us to actually share with the Chinese, what are the things that we would match make for the Chinese market as well. So basically that's why we are here."
