Selection Method of Live-streaming Marketing Influencer Award for the 25th Central China (Hunan) Agricultural Expo

Chapter I General Principles

Article 1 The CCHAE Organizing Committee will conduct the selection of the Live-streaming Marketing Influencer Award during the exhibition for the first time to follow the trend of Internet celebrity live-streaming e-commerce, encourage new media and live-streaming marketing influencers, and comprehensively publicize the new situation, achievements, and experience of the 25th Central China (Hunan) Agricultural Expo (hereinafter referred to as CCHAE). The Method is formulated according to the overall deployment and arrangement of the CCHAE Organizing Committee as well as the provisions of relevant laws and regulations.


Article 2 Focusing on the implementation of the Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and important statements on "agriculture, rural areas, and farmers", it publicizes the exhibition theme in diversified, multi-angle, and multi-faceted ways, promotes the crucial role of e-commerce in rural revitalization, strengthens the CCHAE Internet celebrity live-streaming e-commerce team, boosts the positive development of agricultural products, realizes agricultural efficiency improvement, increases farmers' income, facilitates rural economic development, and creates the CCHAE brand activities.


Article 3 The selection of the CCHAE Live-streaming Marketing Influencer Award adheres to the principle of "seeking truth from facts, being objective and fair, shaping creativity and novelty, and achieving outstanding results". It adopts the mechanism of "voluntary application, official invitation, expert evaluation, and exhibition release".

Chapter II Award Setting

Article 4 The Public Welfare Ambassador Award and Recommendation Officer Award are set for the Live-streaming Marketing Influencer Award, with no more than 17 winners, including 2 winners of the Public Welfare Ambassador Award and 15 winners of the Recommendation Officer Award.

(I) Farmer Assistance Public Welfare Ambassadors for the 25th Central China (Hunan) Agricultural Expo (2 Persons)

(II) Farmer Assistance Recommendation Officers for the 25th Central China (Hunan) Agricultural Expo (15 Persons)

Chapter III Selection Organizations


Article 5 For the selection of the CCHAE Live-streaming Marketing Influencer Award, experts from the Publicity Department of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Hunan Province, the Publicity Department of the CPC Changsha Municipal Committee, the Publicity Department of the CPC Yuhua District Committee, and Hongxing Industrial Group Co., Ltd. will be invited to form a selection group for the Live-streaming Marketing Influencer Award and conduct the selection under the guidance and supervision of the CCHAE Expert Award Committee.

Chapter IV Selection Scope


Article 6 Internet celebrity influencers participating in the selection of the CCHAE Live-streaming Marketing Influencer Award should meet the following requirements:

(I) Influencers or MCN institutions participating in the selection must be contacted by dedicated personnel of the Organizing Committee. The short video content should be reviewed in advance, and the live-streaming time and products for sale should be reported and recorded in advance;

(II) The selection of Farmer Assistance Public Welfare Ambassadors is limited to Internet celebrity influencers with more than 5 million original followers;

(III) The selection of Farmer Assistance Recommendation Officers must focus on the theme of the CCHAE. It is necessary to shoot short videos to publicize the exhibition site, exhibitors, and exhibited products or carry out live-streaming during prime time (including live-streaming marketing, brand promotion, etc.) to promote characteristic agricultural products and brands of the exhibition;

(IV) The content should be diverse, the form should be novel, independent creation should be ensured, and the data should be true. It is necessary to own the complete copyright of the works and timely contact the Organizing Committee to record the short videos and live-streaming shows and provide relevant back-end data.

Article 7 Influencers who have carried out live-streaming and made short videos related to the CCHAE before October 31, 2023 can participate in the selection. The deadline is 12:00 on October 30, 2023.

Chapter V Selection Standards (Conditions)


Article 8 According to the work requirements of the CCHAE Organizing Committee for live-streaming marketing influencers in the exhibition, several selection standards (conditions) are set based on the number of followers, works, views, sales amount, and other data of the influencer's account, and points will be given item by item. The base score is 100 points (additional items will be included in the total score).


Article 9 The point standards for the CCHAE Live-streaming Marketing Influencer Award are as follows:

(I) Pre-exhibition publicity: The total score is 30 points. Influencers should release promotional videos before the exhibition starts. 10 points will be given for over 100,000 video exposures, and 5 points will be added for every additional 100,000 exposures (5 points for more than 500,000 exposures, and 10 points for more than 1 million exposures);

(II) Live-streaming promotion: The total score is 50 points. Influencers need to carry out live-streaming publicity and marketing during the exhibition, inform the Organizing Committee of the specific time before live-streaming, and provide data feedback afterward. The Organizing Committee will give a comprehensive evaluation and score according to three dimensions: cumulative live-streaming duration (10 points), number of viewers and interactions in the live-streaming room (25 points), and sales amount of live-streaming marketing (15 points). (Live streamers who come to the exhibition site for live-streaming will have an additional 10 points);

(III) Content quality and collaboration of influencers: The total score is 20 points. The Organizing Committee will give a comprehensive evaluation and score according to three dimensions: the content quality of short videos made by influencers (5 points), the content quality of live-streaming (10 points), and the degree of communication and collaboration with relevant personnel of the Organizing Committee (5 points).

Chapter VI Selection Procedures


Article 10 The selection of the CCHAE Live-streaming Marketing Influencer Award is divided into four stages:

Stage I: Voluntary Application and Official Invitation   Institutions and influencers applying for the Live-streaming Marketing Influencer Award need to contact the members of the Organizing Committee's live-streaming marketing working group to fill out the application selection form as required;

Stage II: Selection and Recommendation   After conducting the selection for the CCHAE Live-streaming Marketing Influencer Award according to the scoring criteria, the selection team shall send the recommendations and related materials to the award office;

Stage III: Review and Publicity   The award office shall send the recommendations of the selection team to the CCHAE Organizing Committee for approval, publicity, and filing;

Stage IV: Summary and Commendation   Awards will be presented at the CCHAE Summary Conference.

Chapter VII Time, Venue, and Incentives


Article 11 The selection time for the CCHAE Live-streaming Marketing Influencer Award is October 30, 2023, and the venue is the Organizing Committee Office at Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center.

Article 12 For the CCHAE Live-streaming Marketing Influencer Award, the CCHAE Organizing Committee shall award plaques and certificates of honor and release commendation decisions at the Summary Conference.


Chapter VIII Supplementary Provisions


Article 13 The Method shall apply to the selection of the CCHAE Live-streaming Marketing Influencer Award.


Article 14 The Method shall come into force as of the date of issuance.


Article 15 The CCHAE Organizing Committee shall be responsible for the interpretation of the Method.
