Professional Visitor Invitation Policy and Registration Process

I. Classification of Professional Visitors


1. Ordinary professional visitors: They refer to ordinary professional visitors invited by telephone, pre-registration, and SMS/email, who have no obvious purchasing intention.

2. Key purchasers: They refer to well-known enterprises, distributors, agents, chain supermarkets, and e-commerce platforms at the municipal level or above that have purchasing intentions and engage in trade production and marketing matchmaking activities, as well as purchasing managers with an intended purchase amount of less than RMB 1 million.

3. VIP purchasers: They refer to influential representatives such as representatives of leading agricultural industrialization enterprises at the provincial level or above, supermarkets, wholesale markets, supply chain companies, key business associations, industry experts, and notable figures in the industry, as well as purchasing managers with an intended purchase amount of more than RMB 1 million.

4. Professional purchasing groups: They are organized by government agencies, industry associations, and industry groups. They include purchasing groups organized by the bureaus of agriculture and rural affairs, government procurement units, industry associations, and other institutions in 14 cities and prefectures.

Notes: Purchasers invited by exhibitors are categorized as ordinary professional visitors, key purchasers, or VIP purchasers based on the scale of the companies invited by the exhibitors and the basic profile of the attendees.

II. Reception Policy

(I) VIP Purchasers

Reception Scope:

1. Purchasing managers or senior executives above the deputy general manager level of Fortune Global 500 enterprises and Fortune China 500 enterprises;

2. Influential representatives such as purchasing managers or senior executives of leading agricultural industrialization enterprises at the provincial level or above, supermarkets, wholesale markets, supply chain companies, key business associations, industry experts, and notable figures in the industry;

3. Purchasing managers with an intended purchase amount of more than RMB 1 million.

Those who meet any one of the above three conditions can be regarded as VIP purchasers.


Reception Conditions:


1. Participation in at least one on-site production and marketing matchmaking activity of the exhibition;

2. At least one admission record to the venue of the exhibition;


Reception Policy:


1. During the exhibition, accommodation and meals for in-province and out-of-province purchasers include a 3-day, 2-night stay, with four-star hotel accommodation and buffet arrangements;

2. Key guests approved by the Organizing Committee may have their major transportation expenses reimbursed;

3. An exquisite souvenir will be offered;

4. There are transportation arrangements for pick-up and drop-off;

5. Professional guidance and matchmaking services will be offered, with dedicated personnel following up on registration, purchasing needs, travel arrangements, certificate handling, and other services;

6. Media coverage will include special interviews with executives at or above the general manager level from participating enterprises, aiming at advertising through mainstream media outlets.


(II) Key Purchasers

Reception Scope:

1. Purchasing managers or senior executives of leading agricultural industrialization enterprises at the municipal level or above, as well as key distributors, traders, supermarkets, and other corporate purchasing managers in the region.

2. Purchasing managers with an intended purchase amount of less than RMB 1 million.

Those who meet any one of the above two conditions can be regarded as key purchasers.


Reception Conditions:

1. Participation in at least one on-site production and marketing matchmaking activity of the exhibition;

2. At least one admission record to the venue of the exhibition;

Reception Policy:

1. Those who participate in more than two production and marketing matchmaking activities will be provided with accommodation and meals for 2 days and 1 night during the exhibition, including four-star hotel accommodation and buffet arrangements;

2. An exquisite souvenir will be offered;

3. Professional guidance and matchmaking services will be offered, with dedicated personnel following up on registration, purchasing needs, travel arrangements, certificate handling, and other services;

4. Media coverage will include special interviews with executives at or above the general manager level from participating enterprises, aiming at video advertising through professional channels.


(III) Professional Visitors

Reception Scope:

Professionals who aim to freely visit or participate in exhibition activities, as well as downstream enterprises that provide supporting services for exhibitors, including personnel from government departments, scientific research institutions, logistics units, traders, distributors, and other enterprise participants with purchasing needs or potential purchasing needs, as well as participants from agriculture-related enterprises who register on-site and can fill in the enterprise information and participant information completely.

Reception Conditions:

1. At least one admission record to the venue of the exhibition;

Reception Policy:

On-site gifts: At the exhibition site, please sign in at the purchaser service counter to receive an exquisite gift.


III. Exhibitor Invitation

1. Purchasers who meet the reception standards of the Organizing Committee will be received according to their levels.

2. Information about the customers that exhibitors intend to cooperate with and negotiate with, as well as purchasers that exhibitors cannot invite will be collected and reported to the Organizing Committee, which will arrange the invitation.


Incentive Policy for Exhibitor Invitation:

1. Priority will be given to high-quality purchasers for business negotiations. During the CCHAE, if there are orders concluded, priority will be given to arranging signing ceremonies to enhance media exposure.

2. Leading enterprises at or above the provincial and municipal levels will be invited to participate in purchases, and media interviews will be arranged for inviting and invited enterprises. Priority will be given to the production and marketing matchmaking of high-quality enterprises during the CCHAE. Interested purchasers will be arranged for trade negotiations. During the CCHAE, if there are orders concluded, priority will be given to arranging signing ceremonies to enhance media exposure.

 

IV. Professional Visitor Registration Process:

Step 1: Scan the QR code (directly scan the QR code on the mobile phone for identification, or use WeChat to identify the QR code on the computer (click the picture).

Step 2: Fill in relevant information as required. The back-end system will automatically approve it.

Step 3: From November 15 to 19, you can collect your certificate with your registration information at the registration desk of the North Entrance.
