The Central China (Hunan) Agricultural Expo thoroughly implements the guiding principles of the 19th CPC National Congress and the second and third plenary sessions of the 19th CPC Central Committee. Guided by the Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, it emphasizes a people-centered approach and promotes innovation in the exhibition and the integration of "Internet+" to facilitate quicker and better access for visitors. A focus will be placed on optimizing services related to registration, venue order, exhibition visit convenience, and problem feedback to improve convenience service comprehensively and intensively. This will provide a more convenient and friendly exhibition experience for visitors while striving for a highly reputable and authoritative exhibition. It is planned to set up 4 on-site convenience service stations, which will include functions such as inquiry feedback, trolley rentals, and temporary storage of items. In addition to the convenience service stations, related convenience measures are also established from other perspectives:
1. Fast access channels are set up, and green channels are available for the senior and weak;
2. Convenience service tour carts are provided free of charge. Citizens can take them at designated places in the central square of the venue;
3. Convenience shopping carts are provided free of charge for citizens to use at any time in the venue, thus reducing shopping pressure and realizing venue-wide purchases of products nationwide;
4. Convenient on-site express service is provided for citizens based on the cooperation with JD Express.
5. A complaint platform is established to crack down on all counterfeit and shoddy products, thereby resolutely safeguarding the rights and interests of citizens.
